Wen and Zhe, two pigs who have known each other since their youth, have always been deeply in love. Their bond is so strong, as if there were no other beings in the world. Zhe, an attentive companion, takes meticulous care of Wen.
Every mealtime, Zhe always ensures that Wen enjoys the best. Under Zhe's loving care, Wen grows fat and happy. However, on a dark, rainy night, their owner makes a heartless decision: to sell the fatter one to the butcher's house in two months' time.
Watching Wen sleep peacefully, Zhe stays awake all night, knowing that if things continue as they are, Wen will be the one chosen. This realization brings a profound sadness to Zhe's heart, and he decides to sacrifice himself. For the first time in his life, Zhe initiates a conflict with Wen, which breaks his heart even further.
Despite Wen's efforts to reconcile, Zhe refuses to speak to her anymore. As a result, Zhe starts overeating without waiting for Wen. The heartbreak causes Wen to gradually lose her plumpness, while Zhe grows larger and larger every day.
As death approaches, Zhe writes his love on the wall for both of them to see. "If words cannot express, let my death speak it all." is his final message to Wen. Upon realizing what Zhe has done for her, Wen is left speechless and doesn't even have a chance to say "I love you" to him.
Heartbroken by the memories of their shared moments and the separation caused by their owner's decision, Wen decides to leave this place behind and move on with her life. She leaves with a heavy heart but also with a renewed strength and determination to live for herself and for Zhe's memory as well. Her journey ahead is uncertain, but she knows that she must carry on living in order to honor their love story that will forever be remembered in their shared memories and hearts.
